Works with team to set up and breakdown event venue to include: Moving and arrange tables & chair; Set up water & beverage stations; Prepare silverware settings; Prepare glassware; Set up bars including but not limited to glassware, clearing beer lines, cash drawers, etc. Serve customers with proper serving etiquette including taking food and beverage orders, delivering food to table, bussing tables, proper pouring techniques, glass selection and cash and credit transactions, etc.
