Your resume should clearly demonstrate your experience and accomplishments related to the two TQs below: Expert knowledge of the Ethics in Government Act of 1978, the Hatch Act, and other applicable statutes, rules, regulations, and administrative and judicial decisions pertaining to procurement integrity, fraud, financial disclosure, criminal conflict of interest, conduct, and government ethics, and ability to interpret and apply legal authorities, precedents, and administrative guidance. If you are currently serving under a career Senior Executive Service appointment, are eligible for reinstatement into the Senior Executive Service, or have completed a Senior Executive Service Candidate Development Program (SES CDP) approved by OPM, you only need to submit a two-page resume and personnel action showing you have held a career SES position.
