This role partners closely with Operations, HR, and Safety teams to onboard new employees, conduct refresher training, identify skill gaps, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Warehouse Operations Trainer is responsible for coordinating and delivering training programs that support employee development, operational excellence, food safety, and workplace safety.
