Reporting administratively to the Director of Primary Care Operations and working in collaboration with the Director of Nursing, the position provides administrative and operational leadership for assigned clinical support staff while overseeing clinical workflows, staffing, patient flow, clinician support, operational readiness, and clinical resource utilization to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Clinical Operations Manager provides administrative and operational leadership for assigned clinical support personnel and is accountable for the day-to-day management of clinical operations, including staffing, workflow execution, patient flow, clinician support, operational performance, and clinical resource utilization.
