Respond quickly and courteously to all patrons' needs, questions, comments, or concerns; Assist in program preparation, including stuffing inserts, distributing programs to aisles, and putting away unused materials at the end of events; Assist with the outdoor or indoor lobby set-up and break down; Greet all patrons in a warm and welcoming manner; Assist patrons in emergency situations; Provide assistance with any mobility devices; Monitor physical surroundings in the assigned area before and throughout the event for safety, cleanliness, and functionality; notify Box Office Manager of any concerns; Read/scan tickets and direct patrons to the appropriate location; Answer event and facility questions; Observe and enforce all policies, including but not limited to masking, late seating, photography, and food and beverages in the house; Monitor door and patron's entry and exit during the performance and assist, as needed; Be aware of those patrons who may be causing a disruption, taking pictures, talking or texting, etc. Reporting to the Box Office Manager, these positions are customer service roles that pro-actively engage with patrons by answering questions and offering assistance when needed to create an enjoyable and positive experience for all patrons and guests and ensuring their safety while they visit the Mago Hunt Center.
