Senior Wealth Advisor
Job Summary
This position ensures the growth and development for the Wealth, Financial Planning, and Financial Advisory aspects of the business line. This individual will partner with business line leaders to develop and execute effective wealth management strategies targeted at acquiring, deepening, and retaining wealth management and banking clients. This role will also include strategies for identifying consumer and business investor needs, help with the acquisition and administration of investment accounts as well as financial planning services. This position will lead and coordinate with various leaders of the Trust Company to create consistent client engagement and sales behaviors for all positions This position offers room to grow within the Trust Company, depending on applicant's level of interest, motivation, and skill.
The salary for this role will be between $145,000 and $175,000. The specific salary offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to applicant's skills and prior relevant experience.
