As a Real Estate Audit Senior, you will serve clients across a broad range of real estate asset classes and ownership structures and will be responsible for: Conduct audits, reviews, and compilations for real estate owners, operators, developers, investors, funds, and property management companies, including testing of controls, substantive testing, and analytical procedures. Perform and supervise procedures over key real estate accounts and transactions, including rental revenue, operating expenses, tenant receivables, real estate investments, acquisitions and dispositions, debt, construction and development costs, capital expenditures, and equity.
