Complete all pre-service tasks to include but not limited to filling of ice bins, cutting fruit for garnishes, stocking service refrigerators with cream, milk, juice, and water, icing and watering glassware, lighting candles, refilling salt, pepper, sugars, coffee, and espresso, folding linens, taking trash and recycling out, wiping down tables, chairs, and sweeping of floors. Break down and complete all post-event tasks such as cleaning coffee urns, wiping and sanitizing all surfaces, ensuring all used tableware is washed and polished, soiled linens collected, floors cleaned, candles and décor collected and stored, proper cleaning and storage of any food display items, etc.
