Work Environment: The Guest Experience Ambassador/Server operates in a kitchen environment whereby employees may be exposed to and/or required to operate equipment, including but not limited to, an oven, stove, dishwasher, slicer, coffee machine, steamer, mixer and chef's knives. Server Job Summary: The Server/Guest Experience Ambassador reports to the Director of Dining Services and is responsible for providing a best-in-class dining experience to the residents, colleagues, and guests we serve by ensuring all are provided with exemplary service.
