This will include servicing all functions including plated, buffet, silver served or VIP meals, coffee breaks, benefits, theme parties, wedding, receptions, etc., ensuring all tables and chairs are set and the function room is clean and neat prior to leaving for the shift, all condiments and food and beverage items have been returned to the kitchen, skirts and props go back to the banquet storerooms and maintaining a clean, neat and organized work area to guarantee our guests receives nothing but the best experience. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell.
