Key responsibilities include handling member inquiries by phone and in person; processing transactions and account maintenance; opening and closing memberships; establishing digital services (SkyFone, iSky, Mobile Banking, Bill Pay); supporting consumer loan applications and payoff requests; coordinating with internal partners for mortgages, IRAs, investments, and consumer loans; and following all policies, security requirements, and BSA/OFAC compliance. Throughout the day, you switch between focused tasks—like completing documentation, updating records, and checking details for accuracy—and member conversations where you listen, clarify, and confirm next steps.
