The role also provides cross-coverage for other Clinical Research Coordinators, trains and mentors new staff, develops and improves clinical trial coordination procedures, and ensures the effective management, compliance, and execution of complex research protocols across the Transplant and Cellular Therapy research portfolio. Serving as a key resource for Principal Investigators, faculty, and study team members, this role oversees a diverse portfolio of research studies, including CAR T-cell therapy, gene therapy, other therapeutic treatment trials, observational studies, and registry-based research.
