You'll serve as a key point of contact between technicians, customers, and internal teams-providing clear updates, maintaining accurate records, and supporting timesheet and invoice review to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery. The Service Coordinator (Dispatcher) at Tech24 ensures efficient daily operations by scheduling and dispatching service technicians, prioritizing reactive service calls, and coordinating return visits.
