Manage projects throughout construction, including construction budgets, contingencies, change orders, payment applications and draws, cost-to-complete projections, construction schedules, contracts, and funding requirements; coordinate with contractors, architects, construction managers, lenders, investors, and internal staff to resolve issues affecting cost, schedule, quality, or compliance. Must Haves: Extensive experience managing affordable multifamily housing developments through all phases of the development process, including feasibility, acquisition, financing, entitlements, design, construction, lease-up, and closeout, with deep knowledge of real estate development and a proven ability to independently manage and advance complex affordable housing development projects.
