Reviews drawings and specifications submitted by Commissioned or Consultant Architects, Landscape Architects, and Civil Engineers or vendors to ensure conformance to District policies and guidelines and to determine possible conflicts with design, structural, architectural, or engineering features; requests required revisions from concerned parties to resolve issues. Advises and provides technical direction to Commissioned or Consultant Architects, Landscape Architects, and Civil Engineers on District guidelines, policies and procedures for the design and construction of greening projects, including hardscape, planting, accessibility upgrades, and irrigation.
