Work with Energo staff to schedule, manage, and perform required NYC gas inspections, including preparation and submission of filings, obtaining gas authorizations, and securing final signoffs from the NYC DOB and relevant authorities Conduct gas inspections across residential, commercial, and institutional properties. Manage and oversee fire suppression division including piping installation, repair, and maintenance projects Coordinate and execute full-service system projects including new installations, system upgrades, repairs, and maintenance.
