In this role you would be responsible for collecting and analyzing data and event descriptions provided by field service reps and operators, coordinate efforts of design, performance, controls, and metallurgical engineers, determine root cause and corrective action, and providing technical information to program management, field service reps, operators, and OEMs. As well as initiate approving Service Bulletins and Technical Variances, improve technical content of MMs and EMs, identify service-related product improvements, and proactively identify threats and take steps to eliminate them before they cause events in the field.
