The Traffic Signal Technician (IMSA Certified) is responsible for the installation, programming, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and optimization of traffic signal systems, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), pedestrian signals, vehicle detection systems, communication networks, and related traffic control infrastructure. This position aligns with market benchmarks commonly found within transportation agencies, municipalities, engineering consulting firms, and infrastructure service providers and is generally comparable to Radford/Aon Professional Level P3-P4 technical specialist roles and Mercer/Willis Towers Watson technical infrastructure positions.
