Responsibilities : Perform routine maintenance on High Purity Water Treatment Systems at Customers sites i.e. filter changes, portable DI/Carbon tank exchanges, RO cleanings and sanitizations, UV lamp and quartz sleeve replacements, loop sanitizations and equipment calibrations; Perform emergency service for Customers, as required, to change portable DI/Carbon tanks, fix leaks and/or equipment malfunctions; Fill out service reports detailing maintenance performed and equipment / system status; Provide thorough documentation of all work, parts, and time in accordance with SOPs. Person will be responsible for installation, preventive maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting water treatment equipment (Filtration, Reverse Osmosis and Deionization), exchanging service deionization tanks and completing necessary paperwork.
p>In this position the Field Service Technician is available for 24/7 on call field service labour, trouble shooting and service training at customer locations for mechanical, electrical, and electronic components such as decanters, high speed separators or heat exchangers to ensure reliable operation, optimum performance and efficiency.
