Work consists of both scheduled and unscheduled basic maintenance repairs of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry services needs throughout campus, to maximize the lifecycle & reliability of equipment, reduce downtime of unexpected equipment failures, reduce safety risks and reduce the cost of repairs.
