Under general supervision, the Maintenance & Grounds Technician performs a variety of routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities at five (5) Rio campuses to ensure the safe, functional, and attractive operation of campus buildings, grounds, equipment, and infrastructure. Responsibilities include building maintenance, grounds maintenance, event support, equipment operation, snow removal, shipping and receiving, and assisting with campus improvement projects.
