Experience working in an Emergency Room, Trauma, or related EMS environment; Flexibility required to support varying shifts as needed (1st, 2nd, 3rd, weekends, holidays); Able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Biometric Identification System badge; Must have strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; Computer skills to effectively work with Microsoft Office and industry-related software applications; Ability to support within a frequently changing, fast-paced environment; Able to work independently, take initiative, make improvements to the function, and drive Safety and Health excellence and performance; Versed in Federal OSHA and local codes; Ability to maintain a professional attitude and defuse unsettled situations to create a safety and health culture for employees; Must have an overall occupational health background with emphasis in heavy industrial settings.
