Residential maintenance repair and service to include general cleanup of the apartment community, including apartment turns as assigned, upkeep with grounds and parking lot, general work orders for residents, painting and repair of apartments for turns and various maintenance repair tasks using hand tools and small power tools. Performs various maintenance and repair tasks such as carpentry, painting, cement work, masonry, and other general upkeep which involves furnishings, structures, floor covering, equipment, heating, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, and related systems.
