Diagnose and correct industrial sewing machine issues involving hook and needle timing, needle-bar alignment, thread tension, skipped stitches, stitch formation, feed synchronization, presser-foot mechanisms, material tracking, motors, belts, bearings, shafts, gears, and controls. The successful candidate must combine broad industrial maintenance capabilities with specialized, hands-on knowledge of industrial sewing machines used to fabricate geotextiles, reinforced vinyl, and other industrial textile products.
