You will be responsible for verifying, packaging, labeling, and tracking shipments with precision — supporting both our production teams and customers by maintaining accuracy and timeliness in every transaction. Prepare and package finished PCB assemblies and components for shipment per customer or internal requirements (ESD-safe handling, labeling, and documentation).

As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth movement of materials in and out of our facility. You will be responsible for verifying, packaging, labeling, and tracking shipments with precision — supporting both our production teams and customers by maintaining accuracy and timeliness in every transaction.<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Receive incoming materials, components, and finished goods; verify quantities and part numbers against packing lists and purchase orders.</li><li>Inspect incoming materials for visible damage or discrepancies; escalate issues to Materials or Quality teams as needed.</li><li>Accurately log receipts into the ERP/MRP system and deliver materials to appropriate departments.</li><li>Prepare and package finished PCB assemblies and components for shipment per customer or internal requirements (ESD-safe handling, labeling, and documentation).</li><li>Generate shipping labels and documentation using FedEx, UPS, and customer-specified portals.</li><li>Schedule carrier pickups and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.</li><li>Maintain an organized shipping and receiving area, ensuring materials are properly identified and stored.</li><li>Support cycle counts, inventory audits, and material movement transactions as needed.</li><li>Coordinate with production control, purchasing, and quality to resolve shipping/receiving issues quickly and accurately.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.</li><li>1+ year of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations (preferably in an electronics or manufacturing environment).</li><li>Familiarity with ESD handling, barcoding, and labeling standards for electronic assemblies.</li><li>Experience using FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, or similar platforms.</li><li>Proficiency with basic computer applications (Excel, Word, email) and ERP systems (experience with manufacturing software a plus).</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.</li></ul>

POSITION SUMMARY:   The Food & Beverage Receiving Assistant should be a detail-oriented and organized individual. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, stocking and documenting all incoming food and beverage shipments. You will work closely with the Receiving Clerk, Chef’s, Front of House Manager’s, and vendors to ensure the accuracy and quality of received products, maintaining compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:  <ol><li>Receiving: Receive and inspect all incoming food and beverage deliveries, verifying the accuracy of quantities, items, and specifications against purchase orders and delivery documents.</li><li>Quality Control: Inspect incoming shipments for freshness, quality, and compliance with food safety standards and regulations.</li><li>Documentation: Accurately record and document all received shipments, including quantities received, condition of products, and any discrepancies or damages observed.</li><li>Inventory Management: Update inventory records and systems with received quantities and ensure proper storage and rotation of products in accordance with FIFO (first in, first out) principles. Matching Purchase Orders to invoices and relaying any variances to the Receiving Clerk and Department Supervisor of the product.</li><li>Coordination: Coordinate with kitchen staff, food and beverage managers, and other relevant personnel to ensure timely and efficient processing and storage of received items. Ensuring all physical invoices are delivered to the receiving clerk to be processed in Birch Street. </li><li>Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to receiving, storage, and handling of food and beverage products.</li><li>Sanitation and Safety: Maintain cleanliness and organization in receiving areas, adhering to sanitation and safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety.</li><li>Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges related to receiving operations, escalating concerns as needed to management. </li><li>Physical Stocking and Rotation of Product: Assisting in Food and Beverage staff in stocking of product.</li><li>Maintenance of Receiving Areas: Maintaining the Camp Lodge Loading Dock as well as receiving areas in all outlets and delivering products to their appropriate departments to ensure delivery areas are clear at all times.</li><li>Transfer of products:  Assisting with Physical Transfer of product between outlets. </li></ol>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: Knowledge Qualifications:<ul><li>Food Safety Regulations: Understanding of food safety standards and regulations, including HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) guidelines, to ensure compliance during receiving, storage, and handling of food products.</li><li>Beverage Products: Knowledge of different types of beverages, including liquor, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, their characteristics, and proper storage requirements.</li><li>Inventory Management: Familiarity with inventory management principles, such as FIFO (first in, first out), to ensure proper rotation and storage of products and prevent waste.</li><li>Quality Control Procedures: Knowledge of quality control procedures and techniques to inspect incoming shipments for freshness, quality, and adherence to specifications.</li><li>Communication: Understanding of effective communication techniques to
