We're growing and looking for reliable and skilled employees who want steady work, a supportive team and a place to build a long-term career.<br/><br/></div><div>We’re looking for a <strong>Shipping & Receiving Trainee</strong> who wants to learn directly from our Shipping & Receiving Manager and grow into a leadership role. If you’re organized, hands-on, and take pride in doing things right, this could be a long-term career opportunity.<br/><br/></div><div><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></div><ul><li>You’ll be involved in every stage of shipping and receiving - learning the full operation while ensuring quality and accuracy.</li><li>Perform quality checks throughout production and at final completion.</li><li>Prepare containers and coordinate movement to the paint room and wash areas.</li><li>Complete final inspections and prepare products for shipment or customer pickup.</li><li>Organize products for safe, efficient loading.</li><li>Unload incoming deliveries and inspect materials.</li><li>Maintain inventory accuracy and keep warehouse areas organized.</li><li>Work closely with production, paint, and management teams.</li><li>Manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Ensure all work meets company specifications and quality standards.</li></ul><div><br/></div><div><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></div><ul><li><strong>Some prior shipping/receiving experience (listed on resume).</strong></li><li>Forklift experience <strong>required.</strong></li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Willingness to learn and grow into a Shipping & Receiving Manager role.</li><li>Able to meet the physical demands of the position.</li></ul><div><br/></div><div><strong>This Role Is NOT For:</strong></div><ul><li>Individuals with no shipping or receiving experience.</li><li>Those seeking temporary or short-term work.</li><li>Applicants uncomfortable with hands-on, physical work.</li></ul><div><br/></div><div><strong>Why Nedland Industries?:</strong></div><ul><li><strong>4-day workweek (10-hour shifts)</strong> - enjoy every weekend as a 3-day weekend.</li><li>Family-owned company with a supportive, team-oriented culture.</li><li>Clear path for growth into a management role.</li><li>Stable work with a respected manufacturer.</li></ul><div><br/></div><div><strong>Benefits:</strong></div><ul><li>401(k).</li><li>Health, dental, vision, and life insurance.</li><li>Paid time off.</li><li>Vacation, personal days, and holidays.</li></ul><div><br/></div><div><strong>Location:</strong> Ridgeland, WI (on-site).<br/><strong>Commute/Relocation:</strong> Reliable commute or relocation before start date preferred.</div>
