<h3>Job Description:</h3>Saab, Inc. is seeking a Senior Depot Specialist to join our team supporting defense products and systems deployed worldwide. The Senior Depot Specialist will provide responsive support for hardware and information needs to customers and Saab colleagues, maintain inventory and related records, coordinate vendor repairs for parts and equipment, communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding support status and repairs, and collaborate with the team to ensure seamless, professional support to our customers.The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and possess significant experience supporting defense systems. This hands-on role requires extensive travel, sometimes on short notice, with assignments lasting longer than two months. Candidates must be able to work effectively in demanding operational environments, both independently and as part of a team. This position offers the opportunity to work with advanced defense technologies and contribute directly to mission success. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Work at remote depot facilities approximately 75% of the time.</li><li>Receive, process, ship, and control inventory of Saab-owned and Government or Customer-owned parts and equipment.</li><li>Communicate with repair vendors to support timely repair and return of equipment.</li><li>Replenish inventory through Saab purchasing systems.</li><li>Maintain accurate records related to inventory, parts processing, financial transactions, and repair status.</li><li>Conduct physical inventories and cycle counts.</li><li>Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.</li><li>Ensure inventory accuracy and accountability.</li><li>Establish and manage depot operations at new locations.</li></ul>Compensation Range: $34.62 - $43.27 per hour#CJThe compensation range provided is a general guideline. Work with the S&R Clerk and S&R Team Lead to understand daily/weekly shipping schedule to manage an efficient system of staging shipments by Sales Order with the goal in mind to ship everything on-time as scheduled. Position Summary RHC Material Handlers are responsible for ensuring that our product is moved within our warehouse in a safe and efficient manner, complying with all Human & Food Safety requirements. They are also responsible for accurate inventory being maintained, and good housekeeping and warehouse standards are upheld.
