This role is ideal for someone with experience in warehouse operations, logistics, shipping, or distribution environments who enjoys leading teams and maintaining efficient operations.</p><p>The Shipping Supervisor will manage outbound shipments, coordinate logistics activities, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure compliance with safety standards.</p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><h3>Team Leadership</h3><ul><li>
 Supervise, train, and support warehouse associates
 </li><li>
 Create schedules and assist with staffing needs
 </li><li>
 Monitor attendance and employee performance
 </li><li>
 Promote teamwork and maintain productivity goals
 </li><li>
 Assist with employee coaching and conflict resolution
 </li></ul><h3>Shipping & Warehouse Operations</h3><ul><li>
 Oversee daily shipping activities and outbound orders
 </li><li>
 Verify accurate picking, packing, labeling, and staging of shipments
 </li><li>
 Ensure products meet quality standards before dispatch
 </li><li>
 Coordinate carrier pickups and shipment schedules
 </li><li>
 Process shipping paperwork including Bills of Lading (BOLs)
 </li><li>
 Track shipments and resolve discrepancies when needed
 </li></ul><h3>Inventory & Systems</h3><ul><li>
 Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse organization
 </li><li>
 Perform cycle counts and monitor inventory levels
 </li><li>
 Track packaging supplies and shipping materials
 </li><li>
 Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory software
 </li><li>
 Maintain shipping documentation and reports
 </li></ul><h3>Safety & Compliance</h3><ul><li>
 Enforce company safety procedures and warehouse standards
 </li><li>
 Ensure OSHA compliance and safe work practices
 </li><li>
 Conduct safety observations and support continuous improvement
 </li><li>
 Follow SOPs and shipping regulations
 </li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><h3>Required</h3><ul><li>
 Minimum 2 years of warehouse, shipping, logistics, or distribution experience
 </li><li>
 Previous lead, supervisory, or management experience preferred
 </li><li>
 Strong understanding of warehouse operations
 </li><li>
 Experience with inventory systems, shipping software, WMS, or ERP platforms
 </li><li>
 Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
 </li><li>
 Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
 </li><li>
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
 </li></ul><h3>Preferred</h3><ul><li>
 Forklift certification
 </li><li>
 Experience using SAP, Oracle, or similar warehouse systems
 </li><li>
 Inventory control experience
 </li><li>
 Experience handling Bills of Lading and shipping documentation</li></ul><p>IND2</p>

<p>Job Overview:</p><p>Spot Truck Driver/Forklift Operator is responsible for ensuring the finished product is correctly and safely loaded for shipment by operating a forklift to load freight for outbound shipment.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Operate forklift in a safe and efficient manner.</li><li>Stay within the allotted time for outbound shipments. Assess the Bill of Lading (BOL) to determine customers orders correctly.</li><li>Inspect and verify all materials meet quality specifications, shipments and/or receiving.</li><li>Receive inbound items and ensure proper storage of those items, matching items to BOL.</li><li>Manage applicable warehouses and outside storage areas.</li><li>Correctly placard items for inventory, correctly fill out inventory pallet and inventory sheets and damage inventory.</li><li>Stack or restack product onto pallets as needed.</li><li>Performs pre-operational equipment checks and monitors forklift performance and gauges during operation.</li><li>Keeps areas clean and free of clutter.</li><li>Follows all safety rules and regulations.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><p>Education:</p><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Must meet Oil-Dri written and hands-on assessment requirements</li></ul><p>Skills & Abilities:</p><ul><li>Must be able to read, comprehend, and act on product specifications, SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures), PWI (Process Work Instructions), AIQ processes, and similar documents.</li><li>Must be able to effectively communicate with team leader, shipping/receiving clerks, scheduler, supervisors, customers, drivers, etc.</li><li>CDL</li><li>Possess ability to read and accurately interpret bills of lading.</li><li>Must satisfy the spirit of WE CARE.</li><li>Must have knowledge and ability to learn computer programs, including JDE and RFSMART.</li><li>Must be able to sit on forklift throughout shift.</li><li>Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently.</li><li>Bending reaching, twisting, stooping, walking, and climbing stairways and ladders frequently.</li><li>Good sight and hearing to avoid hazard.</li><li>Must be able to function in the required role while wearing appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) including, but not limited to: Safety glasses, hearing protection, dust mask, protective coveralls, and pother as may be required by a hot/cold, dusty, loud industrial environment.</li><li>Must be available and willing to work different shifts and overtime, as necessary.</li></ul><p>Pay Rate: $21.77 per hour</p>
