Chick-fil-A Delivery Drivers are responsible for providing an exceptional delivery experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food. In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Team Members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment.

This is a tipped wage position. Base wage is $12.14 per hour with an estimate of $17 - $22 after tips. (paid bi-weekly) (Applications accepted on an ongoing basis.) Position Type: <ul><li>Part-time </li></ul>Our Benefits Include: <ul><li>Guaranteed base pay of $12.14/hr plus tips(paid bi-weekly)</li><li>Free meal for each shift worked and team member discount</li><li>100% free tuition to Point University (eligibility requirements apply)</li><li>401k (matched)</li><li>Use of company vehicle for all Chick-fil-A deliveries</li><li>Flexible scheduling (and closed on Sundays)</li><li>Scholarship opportunities</li></ul>Delivery Guidelines: <ul><li>Delivery hours will be from 7:00am - 8:00pm</li><li>Chick-fil-A company vehicles used for deliveries exclusively </li><li>All deliveries average of 10-15 minutes from the restaurant</li><li>Adherence to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times</li><li>When not on a delivery, drivers must support the catering department</li><li>Passengers are not allowed on Chick-fil-A deliveries</li></ul>Delivery Driver Responsibilities:<ul><li>Deliver Chick-fil-A orders in a timely and friendly manner</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle</li><li>Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant</li><li>Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic</li><li>Work on their feet for several hours at a time</li><li>Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members</li><li>Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times</li><li>Other downtime tasks related to delivery and/or catering</li></ul>Qualifications and Requirements:<ul><li>Must be at least 18 years old</li><li>Must be eligible to work in the United States</li><li>Must complete a driving background check to verify a clean driving record for the past 2 years (upon onboarding)</li><li>Must complete our Driver Security & Safety Program</li><li>Must have a smartphone to download delivery driver app</li><li>Consistency and reliability</li><li>Cheerful and positive attitude </li><li>Loves serving and helping others</li><li>Customer service oriented</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills </li><li>Detail-oriented </li><li>Able to multi-task </li><li>Hustle outside of delivery vehicle</li><li>Works well independently and in a team environment</li><li>Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule</li><li>Have the ability to lift and carry 40 lbs on a regular basis</li><li>Have the ability to stand for long periods of time</li></ul>Most Chick-fil-A® Restaurants are operated by independent franchised business ownerswho make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their owncontent and policies.Working at a Chick-fil-A® restaurant is more than a job – it’s an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment. Significant portions (more than 50%) of daily assignments involve application of manual skills requiring motor coordination in combination with finger dexterity, e.g., typing, handwriting, or machine operations.
