Supervise, lead, and train Department members on business processes and systems used to procure power and allocate load serving responsibilities including load forecasting, verifying and submitting energy schedules, submitting capacity obligations and network service billing determinants, calculating and submitting 60-day reconciliations under PJM, updating customer class load profiles, producing load profile settlement equations, maintaining sample meter statistical data, performing load research for other internal departments and providing historical enrollment and usage data to suppliers.
