This position is responsible for repairs, troubleshooting, and performing preventive maintenance relative to the mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems in the hotel. Perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned locations, including plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling, basic carpentry, and building systems.
