The Director partners with executive leadership, engineering disciplines, project delivery teams, operations, maintenance, safety, consultants, contractors, and external regulatory agencies to promote a culture of quality, reduce project risk, improve project delivery performance, and ensure the successful delivery of safe, reliable, and sustainable transit infrastructure. Ability to work all shifts and / or locations assigned, directed, or necessary for this position, including (for some transit / operations roles) up to twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week as necessary to accommodate severe weather conditions, emergencies, or any other circumstances that may potentially impact service or the safety of service.
