Reporting to the Director of Snowsports, the Competition Services Manager will develop team member training programs, implement effective operating procedures, and continuously look for ways to improve the competition experience for athletes, coaches, families, and guests. The Competition Services Manager leads The Highlands Competition Services Team and serves as a key liaison between Competition Services, Mountain Operations, Marketing, Events, and other resort departments.
