Technical Decisions: Provide manufacturing leadership across die castings, aluminum castings, forgings, precision machining, gears, motor components, rotor and stator components, housings, structural metals, and drive unit assemblies, evaluating processes for capability, reliability, scalability, and cost effectiveness. You will lead and develop a team of Supplier Industrialization Engineers responsible for Metals and Drive Unit commodities, while owning supplier development and production readiness from sourcing through launch, ramp-up, and post-launch stabilization.
