This role partners closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR teams to identify and secure highly qualified engineering, construction, project management, operations, and technical professionals supporting commercial nuclear, DOE, advanced reactor, fuel cycle, and nuclear infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of both commercial and DOE nuclear industries, demonstrates exceptional sourcing capabilities, and excels at building relationships with passive candidates, industry organizations, and key stakeholders.
