The Clinical Social Worker will also provide continuity for HOPE Clinic patients admitted to the inpatient setting by working closely with the Addiction Consult Team, inpatient obstetrics and newborn medicine teams. p>Essential Functions Plan, organize, develop, and implement social services programs that meet the medically-related social and emotional needs of patients as well as State, Federal, corporate, and division guidelines. Provides clinical supervision and personnel management to Master's level clinicians including managing clinical challenges, training (including clinical workflows and EHR), overseeing daily activities, mentoring, guiding through demonstration of best practices, and offering opportunities for professional development. |
