td>Advocate for a harm-reduction approach to patients who use drugs within hospital and community settings to reinforce evidence-based, non-judgmental approaches so that patients who use drugs get the same care as patients who do not use drugs. This role ensures high‑quality service delivery, maintains program integrity, supports staff development, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to promote internal utilization of addiction recovery peer support services in a hospital and/or clinic based setting. Provides but is not limited to case management services, crisis intervention, skills training, documentation within the required time frame, individual counseling, medication monitoring, attends meetings, Q.I. and other duties that are necessary in order to meet the needs of the seriously mentally ill. The team leader will also complete documentation within specified time frames, provide training, quality assurance, staff supervision, administration, and attend required meetings. |
Hire, supervise, and evaluate program team members across different disciplines (in training: CADC, Peer recovery, master's level students), ensuring proper staffing levels and addressing staff performance issues. |
