In this role, you’ll partner with individuals and their teams to ensure seamless access to services by developing person-centered service plans, providing program orientation, facilitating meetings, offering guidance, and troubleshooting concerns. Implement CFSS Consultation Services, including explaining the program, developing and monitoring plans, and providing guidance and training through various formats (in-person, online, webinar).
