Preferred Qualifications: Experience with the following: JEE, SQL, application servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, JBoss), scripting; experience with high level requirements management including requirements decomposition, secure systems engineering and development, trade-off analysis, interface control, and testing and continuous integration.
