The Software Engineering Manager, Automation Delivery leads a team of engineers responsible for the design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise automation solutions across robotic process automation (RPA) and workflow automation platforms, including Microsoft Power Automate Desktop Unattended and Automation Anywhere. The manager partners closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, platform engineering teams, and risk and compliance partners to establish delivery priorities, govern development practices, and ensure successful implementation of automation initiatives in a highly regulated environment.
