Completion of 60 semester credits, including 15 credits in a computer-related field and one year of relevant experience including supporting, installing, configuring, maintaining, or repairing computing devices, software, or peripheral equipment. The Court IT Infrastructure Professional provides technical support for the Clerk of the Court and Comptroller by installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining computer hardware, software, peripheral devices, and network components.
