Identifies and performs minor repairs, including but not limited to plumbing, lock work, doorknob replacement, tile and floor repairs, painting, moving furniture, light bulb changes, air filter changes, air conditioner preventative maintenance, hanging pictures/frames, carpentry, HVAC systems, electrical, outside grounds, and minor remodels. Professional & Technical Knowledge: Effective June 1, 2026, all individuals hired into the role must: Possesses work-related skills at a higher level than completion of high school, including formal written and verbal communications skills, computational and computer skills, mathematical, and technical skills.
