The Arch Direct - Direct Purchase – Assistant Project Manager (DP-APM) will serve as a point of contact for regional stakeholders, including Regional Directors, Project Executives, Purchasing, Estimating, Preconstruction Manager, Owners, OPMs, Developers, Architects, Engineers and Subcontractors. Overall management of package / Direct Purchase regional financials, including cost reporting, monthly requisitions, review and approval of invoices, ensuring timely completion, management of the requisition process to maintain cash flow throughout the project and address/communicate issues proactively and promptly.
