Success will be demonstrated by requirements and interfaces that are complete, traceable, testable, and aligned across the vehicle architecture; timely closure of technical and validation issues; disciplined change management; effective supplier and cross-functional execution; and robust Electric Power subsystem integration through development, release, launch, and production support. This role is accountable for translating vehicle and system needs into clear, testable subsystem requirements; maintaining alignment across hardware, software, controls, diagnostics, calibration, safety, validation, manufacturing, service, and suppliers; and driving timely resolution of complex technical issues.
