Develop and prioritize lifecycle sustainment, repair, replacement, and upgrade requirements in coordination with engineering, maintenance, test operations, project management, and customer organizations. Support test planning and execution by ensuring ID&C assets are configured, available, and capable of meeting test-specific measurement, control, and data-quality requirements.
