What You'll Bring:Education and KnowledgeBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.3-5 years of engineering experience, including co-op experienceWorking knowledge of APQP and the core quality tools (PFMEA, control plans, PPAP, FAI/AS9102).Familiarity with quality management systems such as IATF 1649 and/or AS9100Working knowledge of GD&T (ASME Y14.5) and the ability to interpret complex engineering drawings. In this role, you'll own the full launch lifecycle, driving APQP, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing suppliers and capital equipment timelines and serving as a trusted customer interface through PPAP approval and stable production.
