We are looking for a visible, hands-on operations leader who is comfortable walking rooms, helping the Front Desk through a busy arrival period, following up on a maintenance issue, checking property conditions, coaching an employee, and resolving a guest concern-all in the same day. The right candidate will be comfortable moving throughout the property, identifying operational issues, helping departments solve problems, and stepping in wherever needed to keep the hotel running smoothly.
