BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent 15+ years of professional engineering experience 10+ years of building and managing engineering teamsExperience managing multiple teams including other managers Passionate about Quality, Automation, and Efficiency Proven track record of delivering infrastructure and developer focused tools and automation Demonstrated ownership of large cross-functional and multi-team projects Direct experience managing project status and expectations with stakeholders Proven technical leadership (including ML experience), hiring, education, and team mentorship Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills.
