The Clinical Manager designs, implements, and evaluates patient care by coordinating, delegating and supervising the care of the health care team, including licensed nurses, certified nursing assistants, health unit coordinators and other health professionals. Participates in systems review to improve quality of patient care delivery and to critically evaluate and anticipate risks to patient safety with the aim of preventing patient care errors.
