Sensor Selection & Signal Wiring : Evaluate how sensors (pressure, temperature, position, proximity, load, speed, Hall effect, etc.) operate and wire them to deliver the correct signal type (4-20mA, 0-10V, digital I/O, thermocouple, RTD, encoder, Hall effect switching/analog output, etc.) into PLCs and data acquisition systems. This position requires an engineer who can produce clean, professional electrical schematics and panel layout drawings in AutoCAD, understand how a wide range of sensors operate, and wire them correctly to deliver the right signal type into the control system — including wiring, harness integration, and instrumentation setup.
